Notary, Attorney at Law
As a lawyer, Charlène Züger advises and represents private individuals and companies primarily in family and inheritance law, construction and planning law, contract law, criminal law and criminal procedure. As a notary, she also notarises all legal transactions in matrimonial and inheritance law, property law and corporate and commercial law.
Charlène Züger has supported and counselled our clients for several years, both as an advisor and as counsel in court proceedings. Her in-depth knowledge and practical experience combined with her work as a notary enable her to pursue her clients' interests in a solution-orientated and forward-looking manner.
Charlène Züger studied law at the University of Lucerne (summa cum laude) and upon completion of her legal training became a member of the bar of the Canton of Lucerne. She subsequently qualified as a notary. Prior to working as a lawyer at Grossenbacher Rechtsanwälte, Charlène Züger gained practical experience at a large commercial law firm in Zurich, in a major law firm in Lucerne and at the Cantonal Court of Lucerne. As an associate of the Institute of Law at the University of Bern, Charlène Züger also has strong links with the world of legal scholarship.
