Our notaries will certify all amendments of the articles of association, for example, regarding the transfer of registered offices of your corporation or limited liability company, changes in capital (capital increase or capital decrease), changes to the company purpose or for any further amendments you wish to make to the articles of organisation.
We provide advice for all changes in the board of directors, management or other authorised signatories and prepare all necessary documents. Where necessary, our notaries of the Canton of Lucerne will carry out all signature certifications.
All formalities with the involved Swiss trade register authorities will be carried out and settled by our notary’s office. After registration in the trade register, we will check the trade register excerpts and send you all deeds and business documents.
