Melissa Sahin provides comprehensive support to our notaries in all notarial areas.
She has extensive experience in the entire notarial field and supports our notaries and assists longstanding clients in particular in the areas of company formations, real estate transactions and notarisations in both German and English.
Melissa Sahin mainly handles transactions in the areas of corporate law (incorporation and restructuring, changes in the commercial register) and matrimonial, inheritance and pension law (marriage and inheritance contracts, last wills and testaments, guardianship arrangements) as well as real estate law (property purchase contracts, pledge contracts, easement contracts, etc.). In addition, she is the contact person for the entire certification process and, if necessary, obtains the necessary over authentications (e.g. apostilles) from the State Chancellery of the Canton of Lucerne and from foreign embassies. She is in constant contact with the competent commercial registers, land registries or probate offices.
